My name is Derick D’Costa and I am a tech enthusiast who currently heads-up the digital team at a worldwide marketing agency in Toronto, Canada. I am also a dad to two amazing kids who keep me on my toes everyday and motivate me to be the best human and dad I can be.
Over the course of my career, I have come to learn that work aside, my mission in life is to be a loving husband and father above all else.
On Being a Dad is a resource hub for dads that I started as part of the Foundations in Digital Communications Strategy & Social Media in the Age of AI online course that I am taking with the University of Toronto. My site is aimed at bettering each other with sincere motivations and sometimes hard-learned life lessons.
